Postage and Returns

As we make every order especially for you we have a "make time" which is usually 1-3 working days. During busy times this may increase but we'll always keep this updated at the top of our website.

Delivery in England, Wales & Scotland

At checkout you'll be able to select your choice of postage including Royal Mail 1st Class (£3.95) and Tracked 24hr (£5.95). Please note that these delivery times are after the "make time" explained above.

International Delivery

We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Switzerland through our website, shipping is £12.50 (Switzerland £10.50) and sent with Royal Mail, it takes 5-7 working days (on top of the lead time listed above). Any taxes and customs are paid by the customer on delivery.

Sadly we cannot ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at present.

If you need your order by a certain date please let us know either by sending us an email or leaving a note on your order when you check out.

Returns

If you'd like to return your order please get in touch within 14 days. Unfortunately personalised items and earrings cannot be returned.
