Returns + Refunds

You can return most items within 14 days of receipt of your order, please notify us that you'd like to return something by emailing us first. There are some products which cannot be returned. Personalised items or custom orders are not eligible for returns, for hygiene reasons earrings (except clip on earrings) are not able to be returned either.

We will endeavour to refund any returns within 5 working days of receiving the item, but it may be up to 14 days. Please note that return postage is payable by the customer and original postage is not refundable. We are not liable for any returns that get lost in the post, we recommend using a service that covers the cost of the order.
