We carefully individually wrap your order in our bespoke tissue paper, so whether its a special gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself it will arrive beautifully packaged.

As we make every order especially for you we have a "make time" which is usually 1-3 working days. During busy times this may increase but we'll always keep this updated at the top of our website.

International Delivery
We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Switzerland through our website. You can choose between standard (no tracking) and Tracked delivery.
Standard shipping starts at £7.95 for Switzerland, £8.95 for everywhere else.
Update: From 29th August 2025 all USA orders are sent DDP with Royal Mail for payment of the 10% tariff. Any additional taxes and are paid by the customer on delivery, this includes taxes for other countries too.
Sadly we cannot ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at present due to GSPR.
Returns
If you'd like to return your order please get in touch within 14 days. Unfortunately personalised items and earrings cannot be returned.
